All price changes will be confirmed prior to processing your order.

Within 14 days of delivery of your shipment, George's Trains offers a full refund on merchandise purchased from our store.

After 14 days and up to 30 days, items may be returned but will be subject to a 15% restocking charge which will be deducted from the refund amount.

After 30 days, all merchandise may be considered for trade-in purposes only.

All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new"� condition, complete with all packaging materials and the original receipt.

All returns are subject to inspection and George's Trains reserves the right to refuse any merchandise.

Returnable items can be either returned by mail or brought personally into the store.

We do not accept for refund or exchange the following products:

1.	Non-stocked special order items
2.	Digital Command Control (DCC) – All sales are final except for factory defects. After 14 days of delivery of shipment, direct manufacturer warranties apply.

Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable. However, we will refund the original shipping cost if the return is the result of our error.
